This is a 3/4 Bedroom duplex department that will easily accommodate 6 people. All rooms are air conditioned.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers etc.
There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom
Bedroom 2
A twin bedroom with it's own balcony and toilet/washbasin adjacent
Bedroom 1
A double bedroom with it's own balcony and beautiful views with adjacent family bathroom inc Jacuzzi and shower .
Bedroom 3
A feature bedroom with sloping roof, jacuzzi bath and stunning views.
Attic lounge
Others might have advertised this as a fourth bedroom but it's a bit low level so we use it as an extra lounge and know it as the "funky" room.
This has a low sofa bed , TV/DVD unit, air conditioning unit and access to the top balcony which has the magnificent views over the Kalkan harbour.
Kitchen/lounge
Well equipped kitchen with 8 settings, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob.
The lounge has an L shaped settee plus CD player, MP3 speakers, 2 balconies and air conditioning unit.
PLEASE NOTE: A starter pack of water, tea, coffee milk and biscuits will be there on your arrival. There is a well stocked supermarket only 2 minutes walk away for you to get stocked up.
