Yilmaz Manzara Apartment-Kalkan

This website will give you all the information you should need about our apartment and the town of Kalkan itself.

The apartment was built in 2005 and is a 3 bedroom duplex in a block of 3 nestling in the old town of Kalkan. There is also a nice swimming pool (shared by the 3 apartments) which is very unusual for an apartment in the old town-the pool is 6m long v 5m wide with a shallow end.

It is about a 2 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan and a 6 minute walk to the harbour.

The views from the 4 balconies and roof terrace over the harbour are just stunning.

You can even take a Jacuzzi bath in the upstairs bedroom and look out over the harbour !!

Accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the low level upstairs ("attic") lounge that could be used as an occasional room also, although we really envisaged this accommodating only up to 6 people.

All 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned, as are the kitchen/lounge and attic lounge adjacent to the upstairs bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The lounge also has a CD player and MP3 speakers.

There is a washing machine upstairs and a TV/DVD unit for playback of DVD's in the attic lounge.

Downstairs there is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower and toilet and a further separate toilet and handbasin.

Upstairs there is an en-suite Jacuzzi bath/shower plus an adjoining (low level) lounge with

washing machine and hand basin.

There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer also included plus beach towels to minimise the luggage you will need to carry.
